Emily takes off down the stairs, raiding th kitchen for sprayable whipped cream, it was just this weird thing she did. She saw how high she could spray the whipped cream from and not get it all on her face. She laughed at herself, as she sprays the food down her throat, heating someone enter the kitchen.

Kara had the day off. It was gorgeous outside, the sun was shinning, the sky was blue and the waves from the ocean were rolling in. It was a perfect day to relax at the beach. Not many people had the day off, but she was content with that. It meant she got to spend more time with herself. Coming down the stairs with her beach bag and oversized sunglasses she noticed Emily rummaging through the fridge. “Hey Em. Didn’t know you had the day off too. Care to come along with me to the beach?” She asked the red headed girl. Most people called her Foxy, referring to her animal station. Em worked with the foxes, more specifically she worked with the red foxes and she had red hair…ergo the nickname. Kara preferred to just stick with her original name, she felt weird calling her Foxy. She smiled politely waiting for the girl to swallow the mountain of whipped cream in her mouth before she got her answer.

Emily smiled, as she swallowed what was left of the whipped cream. “I’d love to, actually. The waves are very nice right now.” Emily tells her, placing the can back into the fridge, and picking her things up, and turning towards the door. She smiles again, motioning for Kara to join her, and picking up lawn chairs as they walk out the door.
